At Forest City Dental, we leverage technology to assist with treatment planning and to ensure your dental appointments run smoothly. Because we can display digital X-rays and scans in our treatment rooms, we're able to show you any issues in your mouth and explain your treatment plan.

Digital X-Rays
Instead of traditional photographic X-ray film, digital X-rays use digital sensors to produce highly detailed computer images of the teeth and gums, in addition to other oral structures and conditions. This allows your dentist to examine parts of your mouth the naked eye would not be able to see.
Panoramic X-Rays
With panoramic X-rays, your dentist can create a single flat image of your entire mouth to view the teeth, upper and lower jaws, temporomandibular joint (TMJ), and nasal and sinus structures. Panoramic X-rays are often used to help plan treatments for dentures, implants, extractions and more.
